Emerald is hiring a full time Receptionist/Accounting Assistant in NE Portland. Come work for one of Portland’s premier construction companies and help support a busy office team! As the Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the company and be in regular contact with customers, clients, and vendors. Main responsibilities of the role will include taking and transferring incoming calls, filing paperwork, data entry, and providing back-up assistance to the accounting department. 1-2+ Years of Recent Receptionist Experience
Familiar with Filing Systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Accounting Knowledge a Plus
Costing/Pricing Experience is a Plus
Monday - Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
$15 - $16/Hour
